today i read in news paper that divorce has become more easy and she can have some rights in property after marriage if it is purchased pleare clear

this is a proposed law and according to this law, a ground of irretrievable breakdown of marriage would be included but only a wife can benefit the same. unfortunately it is a gender biased law.
