Hi,

I'm a husband of hindu relegion (Indian). If I live & have sexual relation with some other woman leaving my wife without divorce what the legal problem can happen ? What are the best suggession in this regard ?

If the lady you are having sex is a married women, you can be held guilty of adultry.

but in any situation, your wife is entitled for divorce.

Having even a single sexual encounter outside of marriage is a ground for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act.
