Type your question here...I am staying in Gujarat along with my one year old daughter with my parents.My husband sytays in jharkhand.My husband has filled divorce case in Ranchi.If divorce havens is there an chance of my child custody to my husband.I cant stay without my daughter.She is my lifePlease answer

Dont worry he cannot claim and the divorce case filed by your husband can also be transfer at your place of gujarat.
