what do u mean by probhit
can dad gift all his property to his a unmarried dughter an d if can how . whther any b ody can challenge that it in court by his his son or son''s son even they do not have legal rigt on it or their proper sharehas been given to them. c an person who give the gift can take it back or not

A self acquired property can be "gifted" by the owner as per his wishes; no other person, son or daughter, has any right.
A gift, once given, cannot be taken back.
The sons have no legal right to interfere in the affairs of their parents.

If the property gained by his personal efforts,he has the right to gift it to your sister or anybody.

he can make gift if its his self earned property
once gift is complete then it can not be revoked.
it can be challenged if its illegal

If the property is not ancestral or he has acquired by his own monetary funds then yes definately he can gift it to his unmarried daughter.

if the property is his self acquired property he can deal with it in any manner. no body can claim any share in it

Yes,gift can be made by way of gift deed and giving and taking of gift article.Gift can not be withdrawn after gift is complete.However,you can not stop any body from challenging the gift deed.
