if you file the suit for restittuion of conjugal rights, it may take 6 months to one year for passing the decree by the court. however no court can force the spouse to live in the compnay of his/ her spouse

you may file the petition for restitution of conjugal rights anytime after the cause of action arose whereby your wife left you without a sufficient cause. there is no time limit for it as it a continuing desertion.

There cannot be any prediction about time to be taken in a court of law for adjudication of legal proceedings.
