Legal Question in Family Law in India

thank u sir !!! following to the answer u have given, my former husbands passport is kept in abeyance and they are giving a reason that unless if the criminal cases we have filed are withdrawn he cannot step into India and do the settlement? can his filing of with drawl petition in the Supreme Court from abroad(U.K) is enough for the out of court settlement where the F.C.A is not with drawned from high court?
