Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Uncle & Aunt adopted me in 2004,then my age was 24. My uncle died in 2010 & he had some property in my native in Maharashtra. Now i want to trasnfer that property jointly on my & my aunts name.Court is asking to produce registered document to issue heir order on our name. Please let me konw way out in this. My Aunt is bed ridden now & my birth parents are are staying with me together with my aunt.
