Legal Question in Family Law in India

My uncle is dead. He had two wives. First marriage is through gayatri samaj ujjain and the second marriage is after four years through hindu rituals in presence of whole family and relatives.

From the first wife he has two children of age 19(boy) and 14(girl) and from second wife he has one boy of 14 years.

Questions

1. Is the first marriage is a valid marriage as it is from gayatri samaj and in absence of family. (whereas the first wife claims to have proves of marriage).

2. We plan to arrange a compromise agreement between the two wives for property within the family. So will it be considered as a valid agreement in the court for the property distribution and transfer of names.
