If both the spouses mutually agree on alimony terms, the same form part of the divorce decree. In that situation, no alimony may be required.

divorce by mutual consent means that both, the husband and wife have settled their dispute and they are ready to take divorce amicably. alimony is not a condition precedent for obtaining MCD. any agreement, mutually agreed by parties is acceptable.
