Legal Question in Family Law in India

she never understands me...she just wants to give her whole property to my sister...she gave her a new house...and i wanted to leave to canada for studies but due to she bought a home..she doesnt have money now...she doesnt even thinks that i'm her son....she just thinks that she has a daughter....i just want to leave her..i cant live with her now...every night i cry and sleep ...i need a change plzz help!!
