one of my unemployed friend named satish got married before 3 year. satish at that time was unimployed, and he was dependent on his fatjher. his father have his own home in haridwar and that home is registered in satish father named. satish does not have any property and bankbalance. her wife left her home after 5 month of married. and then she filed 498a and DV against him and his father, mother and his brother. after 2 year of marrige satish die in road accident.
after the death of satish, his wife now forcefully entered in the home of his father and lived in it by saying that it is her matrimonial home. satish father is now frustrated with her.
so plz tell me that
Q1 after the death of husband does wife have any right to leave forcefully in the home of parent of her husband specially father of husband?

Right of residence for any bride/widow/divorcee is protected under Domestic Violence Act seek protection under that whereever you are and have accomodation.
She can claim residence only out of husband's property, if any. A widow has no right over property of her father-in-law.
