i am unhappy married lady as my husband does not taking his responsibility. i tried adjusting with him but now i cant bare even seeing him. can i keep him away from my house (as i stay in my own house) without divorcing him. as he will never give me divorce as he need my money and house.

you can seek residence orders to stay in his house but u cannot seek orders to restrain him entering your own house.

you may file criminal complaint then get order to restrain him to enter into your house.
