Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have one of another unique case. Husband had married once in 1970. The xwife died of brain tumor within 6 months. Apparently she was married to him without the knowledge of this pre existing condition. He married again in 1972 and had sweet 2 children. He passed away in 2008. Do the next kin (brother and sister/family ) of the xwife have any right to any of his property (ancestral or otherwise)? This is all in the state of Goa. Please consider Hindu succession act and Goan succession act as well before responding. Please help.
