If an unmarried girl had children whether it is permssible under Hindu law. Can she marry a govt servant who is a divorcee.if yes, what will be the status of children if the wouldbe husband is ready to accept them as his children. Please confirm

A child born out of wedlock has no legal status. However, the mother can marry a govt. officer and there is no lgal bar. If the would be husband accepts the child as his own and gives him/her his name, that would be wonderful. The child, then, has a legal ststus.
