If govt employee is unmarried or divorcee he can marry and there is no prohibition on marriage of Govt employee. Moreover he can adopt the children.

Yes you can marry a government employee and he can adopt your children. You will be duly recognised as his lawfully wedded wife and your children will belong to both of you.

yes according to the constitution of india and hindu marriage act when a unmarried woman and man will marry it is valid marrige unless comes under the prohibitory decree. He can adopt your child according to the adoption law.

Yes, as per the Hindu Marriage Act, there is no such prohibition for an unmarried lady to marry a Govt. Employee.

He may adopt the child legally.
