I am unmarried single mother, age 25 from Mumbai. I hav a 10 moths litt baby girl. I had a relationship with a Muslim man 2 year ago. i was in relationship with him for almost 2 years, during that i got pregnant he emotionally touched me for abortion and he succeed. After this i decided ll not keep any physical with him, he always use to do emotional for sex. 1 day he forcely did physical with me again i became pregnant, i told him abt it and he told me to abort baby. but this time i against him, during this i came to knw that he got married 2 moths ago with a jain girl (love marriage) after that he said he dont wanna keep any relation with me, i respected his decided n back out frm his life with 2 months baby... i never contact him, i left my home & deliver baby with help of my very gud frnd, after that i came back to home ... i told abt this to my parents and i convince them for my litt one, in between my mom told me to marry with my fend (who helped me during pregnancy). even he was ready for me.... this was my new life and i dont no what happen on 25th dec 2012 he called me n frm sum where he came to knw abt his child is with me... frm that day he is continually harassing me like anything whatever hard time i passed in my life alone because of him, he is not interested in that, he says he want his baby back he ll clam for his custody and he says m character less girl, i want money that's a reason i born this kind. he cheated me badly he has 1 baby boy frm his wife. plz help me, he is very rich and now m not working middle class women. plz suggest me sumthing what i can do i really cant stay without my litt one... i knw i was wrong i kept physical with him before marriage i regrade for that but not for my baby...

It means that you have not married with your friend who helped you?
If you want to keep your baby with you, you can keep no one can take baby by you. without your wish.
If you want to take any legal action against boy with you had
relationship with for almost 2 years. you can take.
