Your 2nd marriage is null and void and if your 1st wife comes to know about your escapades with another woman , My dear you would be in thick soup in true sense. Your 1st wife can book you under Bigamy and Adultery.

what is an unofficial marriage? in case the earlier marriage was no marriage in the eyes of law then the subsequent marriage is valid.
