an unregistered adoption can be legalized with the consent of adoptive parents and the biological parents. in case they not alive, a declaration to this effect may be obtained from the court. you need to show some documents pertaining to your adoptive parents where you shown as their son or daughter.

ther are some judgement upon this point.an unregistered deed of adoption can legalise if both the parents give an declaration of adoption. if they are not alive you have to go to court for getting the decree regrding adoption.
