what is this u/o 5 rule 17 for affixation of summons

if one is not able to serve the respondent by ordinary means of process, the court may order affixation of summon at some conspicious place at the address under order V rule 17 Code of Civil Procedure.

order before the court concerned so that your husband may be served by affixation.
