very urgent
please ans two questions
1) after divorce in how many months one can get re married .
2) we have 1 yr old baby and on babies passport its my ex husband means babies biologically father name is there, can we change name of father after i get married to some one else .

2. No. the father of the child remains the same unless your second husband adopts the child with the consent of your first husband.

1. If you have got a absolute decree of divorce from the Hon'ble Court then you can re-marry after 60 days.
2. Yes you can change by producing an affidavit attached with the decree.
