Legal Question in Family Law in India

Urgent :

I filed restitution of conjugal rights in September 2006 in familiy court hyderabad. Case status is petitioner evidence completed and respondent chief affidivit submitted.

In this stage respondent escaped from court, she went to her native place and filed restitution of conjugal rights O.P in razole, eastgodavari district. she sent a notice to me with the help of form no.11 rule 15.

1. I have not received any O.P petition along with the form

2. As per form 11 rule 15 (in the matter of the marriage act 1955) notice should be issued 21 days before. but i got notice 10 days before from the date of court hearing.

3. Same section petition can anyone file in two different courts ? and without asking transfer how another court has given same section Petition No. Is there any possiblility ?

what i have to take action against this matter? whom i have to make complaint against filed person and superindent for misguiding ?

Please treat this matter as urgent and guide me
