NEED URGENT HELP:

I am On H4 Visa An now I am in India,

My husband is on H1B in Seattle,WA.

All the documents of my husband related to H1B is along with me.

On the basis of these document how to make a complaint against

my husband, in India?

Is it possible to file a case or legal complaint against my

husband from India ,who is currently living in Seattle,Washington?

I need urgently help to come out from this situation and getting

divorce and file a criminal complaint against my husband in India.

Can you please suggest me what should I do in this case?

Yes you can file a complaint in India against your husband . If you were married in India then the right procedure would be to get divorce in India as you were married under indian laws and should get divorce divorce under the same laws. Where and when was the marriage solemnized ? If i get this answer then i would be in a better position to guide you on your problems.

Yes you can file a complaint against your husband in India although he is still in USA, and also claim for Divorce along with maintenace and other things.

you may file a complaint under DV act and also file a civil suit restraining your husband from initiating any legal proceeding abroad thereby safe guarding your interest.
