NEED URGENT HELP:

I am On H4 Visa An now I am in India.

My husband is on H1B in Seattle,WA.

He changed his address & Phone Number.

Can I write letter or complaints in US

embassy in Mumbai. How I do that?

Can anybody tell me?

I need urgently help to come out from this situation and getting

divorce and file a criminal complaint against my husband in India.

Yes you can inform the company which has sponsored your husband for H-1b . You can also file complaint before the USCIS. You can inform the US consulate in Mumbai as well about the pendency of your matters in India ( Criminal as well as Matrimonial ). Make sure the company does not get him the Green Card.

instead of making a complaint on your own, it is advisable to file appropriate complaint/petition in the court and seek directions for his extradition, in case a criminal case is made out against him.
