very urgent

my husband filed a divorce in may 2008 and i filed maintainance in august 2008 we have minor child till date somehow things are getting delayed and hearing has not taken place as they are not giving their documents for inspection so can judge give dates within weeks time and do hearing early is it possible

Yes, you are may be entitled to at least interim maintenance immediately. You may need to expedite hearing and express your urgency to the court.
