VERY URGENT
Section 498A of Indian Penal Code protects women .Very Good .But what protection can be given to a man from Domestic Violence from his estranged wife.Recently my friend's son ,newly married(3 months)is severely tortured by his wife(also a working lady).What protection can be given to the boy .PLEASE HELP.We apprehend that the girl may lodge falsely 498A against the boy
