Legal Question in Family Law in India
When i was on vacation in India 11 months before me and my wife had a small quarrel and she left to her parents home and i am living outside India.Now my parents wants to visit me for 3 months but i have the fear that my father-in-law plans to file a false 498a case against me and my family.If he files the case after my parents left India then how can we know and will it be possible my parents get arrested at airport when they return?
Also i don't think its possible to take a Anticipatory bail before he files the case.
In this situation what should i do?

you and your parents can obtain the anticipatory bail and for that it is advisable to retain a lawyer and he would file the anticipatory bail at the appropriate time and keep you informed. you need to be scared that your parents may be arrested at the airport as there is no case at present and if you act swiftly and retain a lawyer well in advance, you may save the harassment.
Keep watch on their filing FIR. Once done, you can apply for the A-bail
