Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have been having an veru abusive mariiage since last 10 years ,i have 2 boys aged 7 and 9 years.i was hit by my husband badly with a knife on jan7 therin after my mom and brotehrs bought me to mumbai

i have filed for custody of children ,and divorce in mumbai .now my husband has suddenly filed acase that the kids education is getting spoilt so they should return back home for their exams,but from my end i have tried all means to coordinate with the old school and get thm back but the school authorities did not respeond also they are not issusuing me a t.c also for the kids.i dont understand what i should do
