Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a Veterinarian, My wife is mentally depressed and she killed my 11 months old child, who I consider as my life, now I cant take any more with her, I want to apply for divorce without giving compensation. I have suffered a lot with my wife. Kindly advise me how to file a legal suit for divorce, I am in INDIA

in case she killed the son, why did u not get the FIR u/s 302 lodge against her? what stopped you from doing that. there is no limitation in such a heinous offence and you may lodge it now.

पशुचिकित्सक महोदय , आप अपनी पत्नी से तलाक प्राप्त कर सकते हैं. परन्तु भरण-पोषण तो देना ही पड़ेगा. बाकी अन्य बिन्दुओं पर न्यायालय में विचारण होने के बाद यदि आप पर्याप्त सबूत दे पाएंगे तो alimoney पर कुछ फर्क पद सकता है.११ माह के बच्चे की हत्या के सम्बन्ध में आपको f i r साबित करना होगा.
You dont have much choice but to ask your wife to go for mutual consent divorce or else the contesting divorce would surely take lot of time and alimony .
