Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a victim of 498a.My wife have falsely FIR agains me.

I am in bail now.I am software professional ,i change company

frequently.Every time police verification is done , company

frequently ask if there any police case againts me or not

In this situation would 498a /406 will effect me ?

Will police verification fail ?if it is what to do ?

If the FIR gets registered, you should take the bail. Only registration of FIR will not affect your career unless the case proceeds and you are convicted. But if you frequently change ur company police may take it as if you are trying to evade them and in that case you may be troubled a little bit.
