Victim of Harassment by wife and in-laws

Contrary to the expectation that they will not attend this hearing also , she and her father attended the hearing with two of

my children. They didnot attend first hearing on the pretext that they didnot get the summons, it is observed by my lawyer

that the acknowledgement is there in court, this was overlooked by judge as they have attended this time. Previously i tried

to get on the basis you told, but it failed.

This time she virtually gathered sympathy from the people around when she took two children in both the hands and present

herself before the judge, despite her father handling till the last minute didnot come forward before the judge. I didnot

get the mind of the Judge, didnot care as they are using even speechless children there, but later sat in my mind. The court

asked to attend a counselling at DLSA on the 8th of next month i.e., 08/10/2010 and next hearing is scheduled on 22/10/2010.

I have few questions. What can be the next course of action by court? And how much it will still be dragged after this if the

counselling fails. I have heard something about Lok Adalat where cases are handled fastly. As i am lacking peace of mind

with everyone pinching me, i have to find someway to get out of this. Will my case be applicable in such court. What is the

procedure for getting the case to Lok Adalat?
