if visa authority seek husbands presence during grant of visa,as we are seperated officially but not judicially,how can i manage that situation as i cant bring him there???plz suggest......................

Firstly request to husband if he refused then told truth to the authority donot conceal

unless there is judicial separation or divorce, the authorities can rightfully seek presence of husband.

u have to submit court order for seperation,or offical documents. else no other way out.
