visitation order help

I have two children aged 15 and 9 years boy and agirl respectively from my first wife.I have the visitation order for both my children and i am paying rs 10,000 for their education .I am facing non cooperation from my ex wife regarding the visitation and now she has put up an application in the high court to cancel my visitation and has also attached aletter from my son who is in class 10 .Her grounds are frivilous.Like i disturb my son who is in resedency school and he is in class 10 .

i love my children and i am in respectable government job.I dont want to loose out on my children.

will the court cancel my visitation.will the child letter be given weightage in cancelling my visitation order.Pl guide and are their any judements on visitation rights of father and on parental alienation pl let me know

The child letter may be very important. The visitation rights may be cancelled if you violate the terms or behave in an unbecoming manner.

in case her grounds are frivolous, she will not get any relief from high court.

If the child answered in positive to what your ex has applied to the court then your visitation orders may get cancelled.
