Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have taken visitstion right for my 4 yr child by filing an application in the case of DV act . But my wife is not cooperating with me . I have never met my child before and she is not trying to make him familier with me , she even not told him that i am his father. I asked my wife to help me in making healthy relation with him but she says it is not her duty , court has not deliver order for this.

What should i do...
