Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can my void wife( one yr separation now but lived for 7 yrs & her previous marriage ended through notary in 2004) file 406 to claim her istridhan or straight 498a/DVA to harras me withoout serving me notice or trying CAW cell first. When will be the right time for me take AB? How can I counteract her?

if her marriage is void, 498a is not made out but she can file a compalint u/s 406 IPC as her articles may be lying with you. on the basis of void marriage, AB can be procured and you can also go for quashing.
