wanted legal decree of divorce after 11 years of divorce taken by notary?
i m a divorcee wth one kid and wanted to take legal decree of divorce in family court after 11 years i received summon from family court to make divorce legal the case got transferred from city civil court before 11 years?plz inform how i have to write application of ex-party for divorce decree??and it should be handwritten or typed on stamp paper?in hw many days i will get legal divorce??
