Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to know wheather it is possible to change the caste by adoption. The boy whom to be adopted is 26 years old and he has his own family. He wants to change the caste and ready to leave his family, if required, for this adoption and caste change. The lady who will adopt is nearly 48 years old. Its really urgent. Can anybody help me?

dear client...

you need to apply a petition in family court regarding the adoption ....and once the court makes the approval and gives the adoption certificate you can change ur caste as well as surname
