Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife had given 498a and i had got AB in high court ,we were residing in banglore house but that house is being locked by her and she had gone to her parents house,i went and gave complaint and filed fir against her that she had taken all my things ,but the local police closed that case since she had given statement that ,she had not taken anything and also the house owner ,now the rent is also over from the advance and still the house is locked with all the things ,can again i can file case in her native or i should give it banglore itself .

you should have filed a protest against the closing of case against wife. second fir is not permitted
