Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has been abusing me, hitting me, threatening me and doing everything possible to hurt me emotionally. I have been denied to meet my children also. On the above she has filed all types of false cases on me. Is there some law under which i can get justice apart from asking divorcee on these grounds.

Mere fact that one has filed cases does not mean she would succeed. If the cases are false, you prove it and she will have to bear the consequency of perjury, false case which are criminal cases.
