Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife has admitted faul 498a case against me. my father and mother also. she leave my home from last 5 months and staying her brother's home. she admitted complaint against us on 'mahila suraksha kaksha' which is under sp office on 01.08.2012.

during consiling she demanded divorce and for it she demanded rs 10,00,000. she also demanded some condition if we want her back. she gives it before forum on writing. i told forum my monthly income is rs 15000/ i can give only rs 1,50,000 for divorse. i also give writing on forum that she can come but i don't want her any condition.

she also send me legal notice and demanded rs 20,00,000 and 10,000 per month. forum reported that she donot want live my home & she is doing this only for divorse and money. we had no child and that is main issue. she don't gives proper responce during sex and after then fighting with me. her nature is whimgical and fighint with me & my parents. we are suffering this from last 5 year's.

when i not give money she admitted faulse 498(a), (34) 506 case against me and my parents to police . i got anticipatory bail from court.

on fir copy she reported that we driven out her from home on 16.11.2012 but actuly she is gone from my home from last 5 months. and admitted complant aginst us on 01.08.2012 on sp office . i am ready for divrose with rs 1,50,000. now police is doing their work in the case. what i do in future to save me and my parents and fight against this fauls 498 and dv act case.

Is the AB Petition alive. If yes then Pray for mediation. If Not, be patient and she would come to terms very soon. Once she come to terms draw a compromise deed and file divorce by mutual consent u/s 13B and then file quashing of the FIR.
