Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has annulled my marriage in the church in my absence (ex-parte) and I came to know about it 3 years later.

I do not know whether she has filed for civil divorce and her relatives are not telling me. Most likely she has obtained that too.

How do I know whether she has filed for divorce in Mumbai (ex-parte)? There are so family courts in Mumbai and I did not receive any court notice or perhaps it might have got misplaced as I was abroad or perhaps some dirty tricks might have been played on me so that I am not aware.

What is the best way to find out?

She would have got the divorce from your local court where you last reside or where her father resides.
