my wife has applied for dv case she seeks interim relief .....in return i have applied for divore under section 13 . she has even filed in caw ...hw can i safe guard myself from interim reliefs ....especially the mentainence as she has claimed 55000 monthly which is too much ..she even very clervely has taken all my accounts statements to prove my income....................suggest and advise please

it is the monthly income which matters and not the savings in account statement. Mere fact she claims 55k, what is more important how you lived together before seperation.
