Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has applied for Khula by stating that she's not happy with me; however, I dont want to leave her and I dont leave my kid as well. I'm ready to do whatever she wants but she wants khula. can anyone help me please

Khula means wife's right to divorce husband by prior permission during marriage agreement from husband like Talak. If she dont have any right as per marriage agreement, you can rightly defend

if she stills asks for khula and u dont want she has to go to court for seeking divorce
