Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has been awarded a interim maintenence by the court.

When the court orders permamnt meintenence, will it also order alimony or is it that maintenence is already considered and included as a part of alimony.

The final order of permanent alimony may be different than the interim order of maintenance. May depend upon what you offer.
