i and my wife have a baby boy who is 9 months old.we live in two different cities about 500 kms apart. my wife wants divorce as well as custody of the baby. i m ok for d divorce . she is with the baby now. she works in a bank & is away from 9.30 am to 6.30-7.00 pm. she has kept 2 maids to look after the baby. i stay with my parents. now she doesn't allow me even to visit the baby. i want the child's custody. plz help me.

you have a good case of seeking custody of the child as the grandparents can take better care of the child than maid servants. you may file a petition for custody.
