My wife blackmails me(husband) to leave my parents and come to stay away and not meet in laws or visit them.she is not ready to come to in laws house unless her husband leaves his parents and come separately.

It will be better to serve a notice on your wife and her parents for their unlawful demands that you desert your dependent parents.

there is no need to go legal as it is more of a social matter rather than legal. try n convince your wife and let her know that you are equally bound to serve your parents as you bound to take care of your wife. in case she does not agree, you may shift out with her and keep helping your parents financially and socially.
It is not a "blackmailing". You need to understand her requirements. After marriage, a girl is transplanted from her parents' family to the husband's family. It is duty of the husband to provide her safe and congenial environment and not a hostile environment. You should try to settle the matter amicably by avoiding litigation and legal advice.
