Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife cheated me and asking for divorce and has taken away gold woth of Rs. 5 lac and cash 15 lacs (given to her brother to purchase land in india - only proof is available for 5 lac and the balanc e paid by cash) Kindly advice

This may not be a case of cheating because a wife is entitled to have equal rights on husband's money. If she is asking for divorce without any damages on your part, you should consent for the same and seek dissolution of marriage.
