Can a wife claim right over her husband's property in divorce proceedings? If yes, is the position altered if a power of attorney with respect to the property has been made in favour of some third person?

A wife is entitled to maitnenance as per standard of living of her husband. Her claim over husband's property has to be restricted to her maintenance rights - interim as well as permanent.
