Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife have claimed to my father and mother that they have tried her to burn and also she have claimed for Dowry.All this thing they have done by plan.She is not staying in my home for 4 years suddenly before three days she came in our home with his brother and ask for stay in our house,my father told that this is your home u can stay here comfortably,,but after 2 days in the early morning when my father is in Bathroom and my mother is out of my house she take the kerosene and wet it in her saree and fire and that saree she threw in the front of our house and shouted that they were burning me and run from my house.she disappear in a few moment,my father have tried lot to search her but she have hide in his relative home after few hours we have get information from the Hawaldar of my village that we have seen her with there brothers who have already came from his house.

This all activity they have planned already in there home.

So now what we have to do they have charge us 498a.

and what will be the next step we have to do,what would be the solution and what the legal decission will be from the law .
