my wife has claimed a maitaince case 125 she is demanding a interim of 3000 and maitaince of 6000 she says i earn 25000/month but i earn 1200/month and i want her to come back home. what shall i do

You should avoid legal recourse and start giving her sufficient money for her maintenance. It is better you make efforts for amicable settlement and approach her to join you.
