if wife cudnt bear the cruelty of husband and his harrasment,if she deserts him and cudn't agree for divorcing him at any cost, seeking and hoping for change in him,then what judgement does the court gives for her afte continuation of case for many years also.does it grants divorce for her if she doesnt agree also?

If the wife is found to be innocent and no "cruelty" on her part against her husband is proved, the court may not grant divorce to the husband.
The judgement can go either side because of the evidence led by either party against each other.
cruelty & desertion are grounds for divorce. But as replied grant of divorce depends on several other factors
as you had sufficient cause to desert your husband as mentioned above, the judgment may go in your favour.
